can not Play Vedio on Linux?

1. Tell me first is there any perfect player in LINUX which play vedio CDs
specially play .. mp3,dat,avi,dvd......

and tell me how to to configure that player...

There is no "perfect" video player on Linux. But it's worth checking out:

VLC
MPlayer
Xine

Your distribution will likely have it available to install, and you can find instructions on their respective websites.
