for the past two to three days now I have not been able to acess X session because of a file that cannot be read ICE authority file
which talks about

XMD and MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE -1. and a lot of unreadable txt.

I must delete this file almost everytime I log on.

The MIT magic cookie is the ehr .... code key type thing that is used by X to verify if a user is legit and allowed to use the X server. *Think* it's a public/private key type thing.
