I cannot seem to get KDE/pine with apt-get. Here is my sources.list. can some1 tell me what i need to change?

KDE is not part of the official stable distribution. Here's what you need: http://kde.tdyc.com/

Pick your closest mirror and add the line to your sources.list

Pine is in the non-free section. You can apt-get the source code but you'll have to compile it (license issues). I think apt-get install pine4-src is what you want. You should get a readme file that explains what to do then.

I ran into the same problem when I switched over to Debian (with pine). Elm works just as well for me now.
