Does anybody know if there's a list of components necessary to download for different kinds of Mandrake 8.0 installations? Wanna see for myself what the hype is all about...
Although Mandrake's base folder contains plenty of "comps" and "lists", none of them seems to be what I'm really looking for -- the equivalent of RedHat's 7.1 base\comps file. (Funny thing though is that RedHat doesn't support the "directory tree" type of installation from a hard drive in its 7.1 version -- ISO image is needed instead. Well, not actually THAT funny, since I found it out only after I downloaded all the components that I thought were needed for the installation. :()
