Junkbuster: How to to block THIS banner ad?

I've spent an hour trying just about every combination in my blockfile.
I've downloaded a blockfile 24k large, but I STILL can't block this fscker: http://adserver.ugo.com:80/click.ng/params.richmedia=yes&UID=$random$&cat=games&cat2=games&page=111&site=telefragged&size=468x60

Any thoughts on how (or why it's impossible :()?

So I spent more than an hour trying to figure out that one with my limited knowledge of string usage in the blockfile. Go figure.
