Use your emergency Linux bootdisk you created during the install (or after) to boot your system and then remove the mount for the fat32 partition until a solution can be found.

i was able to boot by removing the fat32 drive from my computer, but the problem is that i hav files that i need to use, on fat drive. so until i get a big enough hd to move files to an ext3 drive, i need to mount this 1.

Post your fstab entry for the windows partition.

Make sure the last two colums are both zeros.
You don't want it to check the vfat filesystem on boot.

Good Luck,
