hey there,
i have an hp psc 1315 all in one. does great under ubuntu 5.10
but heres the deal.
i recently changed the settings in the setup to use just the black cartridge (greyscale) and it did fine for a while. But its stopped printing on command now. Weird. if i cycle power to the printer, it prints out a black and white test page that looks fine. however if i try to print something from gedit or some other app. the printer looks just like its printing as ususal, but no ink is comming out. if i use the copy function from the printer, it works just fine.

anyone seen this?

actually hpijs is deprecated now, and it is suggested that you use the hplip drivers on PSC printers (hplip includes the hpijs drivers as well)
