I've been out of the Linux loop for awhile since Suse 9.0
I had a heck of a time loading any distro on my personal machine
No matter what version... My install kept stalling at
"looking for info file..."
This problem started after I upgraded to an Asus P4P800 SE from a Giga-Byte board
One time I did get further along; it seemed to be associated with the IDE... I took it out
I've always liked the ease of use I had with Suse... that was a hunt in itself
Downloaded the DVD ISO
Slipped the disk in, rebooted, a few minutes later... joy
From version 9.0 to 10.0... it even had support or my Relisys scanner :)
Now if I can get the Canon i560 to work properly over my network through my wife's machine...
