If I'm missing a specific module, where do I get it?

I am millimeters away from completing my firewall configuration, but I do not have the ip_masq_icq module. Can I get this off of my Redhat 7 cd, or online or what?

While I'm thinking about it, are there any suggestions to making my firewall more secure, that isn't stated in the TrinityOS strict rules example by David Ranch? If you don't know what I'm talking about, it is at

hey bastard (always wanted to say that),
if it were on there it should have been loaded up with the rest of the ip_masq modules and i think you need to make it,
