Hello, as we all know there are scripts in the web pages that effect windows system, sometimes they install a trojan, or still your system info, those this same scripts affect linux??

well, the same scripts won't, but that's not to say that someone couldn't write a script that tries to screw w/ the linux system. Of course, with the way linux works, as long as these scripts aren't run as root (and the sysadmin has the system locked down securely), they can't do much damage. And you can make sure even this doesn't happen by turning off Java and not just blindly executing code. This tip is for windows and linux alike.
