Hello, as we all know there are scripts in the web pages that effect windows system, sometimes they install a trojan, or still your system info, those this same scripts affect linux??

Of course, with the way linux works, as long as these scripts aren't run as root (and the sysadmin has the system locked down securely), they can't do much damage. And you can make sure even this doesn't happen by turning off Java and not just blindly executing code.
