Google.com/Linux returned this website....MyBooks (http://www.appgen.com/aptus/my_books_professional.htm) . Also can check out GnuCash (http://www.gnucash.org) . Crossover Office 4.2 (http://www.codeweavers.com/about/general/press/?id=20050330) supports quickbooks. Good Luck! :)

Question.. to be honest I'm a little scared to use another program because I've been using Quickbooks for so long for my business. With that said, I know I have to change a few things if I really want to migrate over to linux. I believe GNUCash is the most popular one.. Will I be fine with that program?

I know it's a bit broad, but I couldn't think of anything more specific. :D

Unfortunately, I can't help you on that one. I can only give you possible options and alternatives, because I don't actually use any of them. I do my banking and taxes online, so I don't require any software (other than firefox). Perhaps these links can help you out:
