Is it possible to install Linux Mandrake the latest from the hard drive? I don't wanna burn it onto a CD because I don't have a burner :D .

i assume you are installing from windows?
if you don't have the ISO, get it from www.linuxiso.org (http://www.linuxiso.org) or www.mandrake.com (http://www.mandrake.com)
look for a program called ISOBUSTER, use it to open the ISO like a zip file... i forget if mandrake comes with boot disk utilities, but i imagine it should...
you might want to put the ISO in it's own partition, which is what i did when i instaled slack without a burner.
after booting, point the installation prog to the files in the seperate partition, and install away!
