i know it is the WRONG thing but hate buying all new software at one time.. and this Netraverse says it will run Windows in a xwindow...

Netraverse's product, Win4Lin, is a good choice to use windows in linux, but lacks some features. Probably the best thing to use in this case would be VMWare, might want to look into that. They had a free beta version available but now they have released version 3 so it is no longer free. Win4lin, at the cost of sacrificing some features, is much cheaper than VMWare, which has more features and what not. VMWare also has an express or something version I think that is cheaper.
