SPC files are the old snes music files(don't ask why I need them, I don't know) and I used to just use winspc and that worked under wine. Now for some reason it runs under wine but no sound comes out so I tried all the spc players for linux and neither of them worked. Then I tried dozens of them for windows under wine, and some of them came up, but none would play. I think it's just spc files that don't work, because I have no other problems with sound.
The only difference Between when the winspc worked under wine and now is that I used ALSACONF since then.

I just don't see what's wrong here what else could it be?

Where is snd-pcm-oss? ....And the wine folder, I though most of those config files were in /etc. Apparently not.

They are not in midi. They are just .spc.
