virtusertable .forward

I am using virtusertable to route my users email to them, so for example:
"nobody@nowhere.com nobody" sends the user nobody all the mail from nobody@nowhere.com (That part was probably self explanitory) I am trying to get a .forward in each of the users, however it simply does not respond, and I believe that it is because of the virtusertable. To be specific this is being done with the vacation script.

Any help on how I can get the forward feature working would be very appreciatied.
