I downloaded the 4 ISO's for this. i386 ones.
Now i dont know how im supposed to put them on the CD to install on another computer? Do i leave them as an ISO or do i extract the ISO? Do i make them bootable in the CD recorable software?
All i keep getting is the A: prompt when i put the CD in and turn on my computer.
Any advice would be appreacated.

burn them as am image. an iso is a representation of the binary data on a CD. if you burn the file it will just be a CD with a .iso file on it.

do i created a disk from an ISO file?
should the disk properites be ISO 9660?
i dont understand from what you said.
Yes, the disk will be an "ISO 9660". Most burning programs have a "burn image" option. That is what you should do. More detailed instruction might be possible if you inform us as to what program you are using to burn the images.

as hayl said, an ISO file is a single file representation of an entire CD (or dvd).
You need a cd burning software package that knows what to do with these ISO files, like Nero, Roxio in Windows, or K3b in linux.
Do you have a Windows machine you plan on burning with? do you have CD burning software? If you do, simply right clicking the file, and saying "Burn to cd" usually will take care of this.
Good luck

Download MagicISO, you can use its built-in ISO burner (http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/miso-burnwin.htm) to burn iso image onto cd. It works great for me.
