Fragmentation

I was just wondering how do I defragment Linux. I am using the ext2 filesystem. The reason I am asking is that I am used to defragmenting Windoze at least once a month. I'm not even sure if it is fragmented or not. All I know is that I download a lot and that in Windoze that makes for a very fragmented filesystem. Any suggestions.

Linux totally does not have this problem with fragmentation. I've used my entire filesystem several times and never gotten past 2.x% fragmentation. It's really not a worry :)
