During my installation of Mandrake 10.1 on what I hope to be a PVR box, I ran into a problem dealing with the display issues.
When asked to select a monitor/chipset type/resolution, I try some defaults and even some customs, but don't get anything when I test it except for some crazy colors and lines. This is running on my TV through the S-Video Out.
This is a very large problem, and can probably be easily fixed by adjusting the custom settings, I just am unsure of how to do it. Any suggestions are welcome.
