Boy, Apple is in the news lately. Now they and Nokia are to develop a phone based open source web browser (does that mean you get 'open source' minutes as well? : D ) using KHTML code found in Safari. (Love that KDE)
I'm thinking it could possibly be used on PDA's and game consoles using the same processor/architecture.

So combined with this (http://hardware.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=05/06/14/191244&tid=126&tid=193) and this (http://www.justlinux.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=140847), the triangle is complete...

Yeah Apple is all over the news recently. Maybe that's there new strategy. Get involved in as many projects as possible and keep there name in the forefront of the IT industry's minds. There theory is probably that the more people talk about Apple and the projects they are working on, the better it is for them. Who know's, maybe eventually Apple will have an OS or App on every platform imaginable. :) I wonder if there will be a fuss over how much of the code for that Nokia browser will be released as open-source for everyone to see.

I just hope they also start giving back to the KHTML project rather than just profiting from it, as the KDE developpers have ranted lately.
