connecting gaim to msn

hey,
i am also behind proxy. and i think my network admin has blocked msn. as i am getting error "unable to connect". is there any way to bypass proxy or to connect msn or yahoo (direct or through gaim). i am using SUSE pro 9.3.

only way to bypass the proxy (most likely is being done transparently) would be to connect to a outside proxy or another gateway that is not proxied

you might be able to change MSN to use port 80
