Mozilla install problems

I am trying to install mozilla-0.9.5.tar.gz . I extarcted archieve and download package but I got his error when I try to install

"Fatal error-618 cant open xpistub library"

I has same with Netscape 6.2 installer..Can anyone help pls? :confused:

xpistub is a mozilla library.

Try the newest nightly build. If that doesn't work then file a bug report on bugzilla or go to irc.mozilla.org and ask someone what the scoop is.

I've never heard of that error before so it could also be something unusual with your computer. Have you been having other problems?

Installing as root or su?

Just an idea... Was Mozilla ever installed from the distro cd? Maybe that gives the net installer a starting point :confused:

I am running as root and I got mozilla 0.8 installed

Ok I downloaded complete file as tar.gz and it works fine now

i have the same problem too. mozilla installer says it cant open xpistub library. this is mozilla 1.31. the nightly builds and beta gave the same warning too. anyone had this before?
