1. I admitt I am powerless over Windows—that my life has become unmanage-able.
2. I came to believe that a Power greater than myself or Bill Gates could restore me to sanity.
3. I made a decision to turn my will and my life over to the care of Tux as I understand IT.
4. I made a searching and fearless Howto using JL's search function.
5. I admitted to Tux, to myself and to another human being the exact nature of my previous data losses.
6. I am entirely ready to have Tux remove all these Windows-loving defects of character.
7. I humbly asked Tux to remove my NTFS partitions.
8. I made a list of all persons who still run Windows.
9. I gave away liveCDs to such people wherever possible.
10. I continue to to help the Linux community and when I give mistaken advice to a newbie I promptly admit it.
11. I sought through emerge and apt-get to improve the eleetness of my box, as I understand IT, praying for uber-geekness for me and the power to fold more WU than the MS team.
12. While I am having a digital awakening as the
result of these steps, I try to carry this message to Windows users, and to practice these principles on all my boxes.
