I just installed Black Box on my Red Hat system and I have no idea how to start it. What do I need to do to have it appear in the drop down menus in the GNOME display manager or the KDE display manager?

not sure for gdm... kdm... open kcontrol... then umm... applications... then login... under one of the tabs you'll see at the bottom something has a list of your little windowmanagers... type in blackbox and then add... This has worked in caldera2.4, make sure you start with kdm too.

Who knows if any of this helps... but we all hope it does

Everything you asked for:
Blackbox NHF (http://www.linuxnewbie.org/nhf/intel/x-windows/bbinstall.html)

welp...I looked at the NHF and things are still not working for me. First off...let me state that I am running Red Hat "Wolverine" and it didn't have a /usr/sbin/fndsession to edit. I found /etc/X11/xdm/Xsession and added the section for blackbox like the NHF said but when I try to start Blackbox...it starts GNOME instead... :(
