konqueror plugin error

I just did a completely FRESH install of Mandrake 8.0 (however, I kept /home as it was) and I am getting an error in konqueror.

When I go to settings, I get the following error:
"There was an error loading module
'nsplugin.desktop'
The disgnostic is:"

Also, I can not view any flash content :(

This only happens with MY account, not other users' accounts. Does anyone know how I can fix this? The other users can view flash content.

I don't use KDE, but try deleting or renaming your KDE folders in your home directory. Restart KDE and it should create a fresh set of folders for you. See if it works now.

Yeah, that should work, but I'll lose all my desktop settings..

If it comes down to it I'll do that. Hopefully I can find another option though.
