xinetd.conf in redhat 7.1

I'm trying to set up a pop3 server daemon in Red Hat 7.1, but it uses xinetd.conf instead of inetd.conf and I don't know if I'm supposed to use the same pop3 entry because the overall layout of the file has changed. Am I just confusing myself or does anyone know what the correct entry would be?
