I am looking for a good GUI-based program that can download files off Usenet binary newsgroups. I did find Usenet Binary Harvester in Google, but it's not what I'm looking for because I want a GUI. Anyone have a recommendation? Thanks!

...and there are various gtk/Qt frontends to wget, though I haven't tried them for usenet D/Ls myself.

Pan is what I always used back when I was into newsgroups.

For Windows I used Grabit.

I tried Pan but it seemed to be quitting itself all the time for some reason. Not sure if it's Pan itself or not, I'll investigate later.

I also used GrabIt for downloading off newsgroups when I used Windows. I actually decided to download GrabIt to try it on Wine. It works very nicely so far besides the (visual) background messing up, which isn't too big of a deal.
