I'm a linux newbie, and I have a problem with my ethernet card. I'm running Redhat 7.1 on a 600mHz with 192MB RAM, and a new Linksys Etherfast ethernet card. I didn't install any extra drivers for the card, I just put it into the computer and it workied. I'm running a server right now, and I've found that my ethernet just stops working after about 12 hours from when I've started the computer up. I can't ping, browse the internet, or connect to my computer via FTP. If I do a reboot, my ethernet starts working again, and about 12 hours later, it stops. I don't know what other information is needed to fix this problem. Is there a way to automatically reactivate the card or something? Thanks a lot for your help!

You should be able to restart you network with:

/etc/init.d/network restart

Finding out why it goes down would be better :P
