I am running RH 6.1 - waiting for 7.1.

I went to rpm find to look for the lastest upgrade for Pine. My question is, if I am running version 6.1, will Pine versions that are indicated to be for 7.0 upgrade successfully?

Because of the mutant compiler that Red Hat 7 uses, RPMs for RH7 will only work with RH7.

However, rpmfind.net does still have the latest Pine RPM for Red Hat 6.1. (http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/redhat/6.1/updates/i386/pine-4.30-1.62.i386.html) Have fun.
