Submitting a kernel problem

I am using the ESS Maestro driver for my laptop sound card. It works, but the pitch is slightly flat of any WAV or MP3 I play.
You might be wondering how I can tell, well I am one of those few musicians who have perfect pitch.

What I would really like to know is who to submit the problem too as various people have worked on the driver code over time.

Read the BUGS file in your kernel Documentation directory for directions...make sure you do it the right way or your report will be ignored.Hope this helps.
