Well, I don't actually know if it is a bug, but it is a problem.
I am using the ESS Maestro sound driver from the linux kernel (Currently using 2.4.4) and, the pitch of the wave sound when I play MP3 or WAV files is slightly flat. Who do I have to bring this issue up with as there are several people who have worked on this code over time.

P.S I have perfect pitch, so this flattened pitch from the driver is pissing me off and it sounds fine in Windows.
