Red Hat 7.2 and SWAT

I installed Red hat 7.2 and I am trying to get samba going. I did a plain install no gui.
How do I get swat running, I have read documents to check the /etc/services file, yes it is in there, but then it also says to check the inetd.conf file. This has changed in Red hat 7.2

I believe Redhat 7.# uses xinetd.conf.

Yes I fiqured that out and made the changes, the only problem I have is that I still can not get swat to work. I did a very base install of Red Hat 7.2, with NO GUI. I have downloaded the newest samba, and I really dont want to configure the smb.conf file by hand I would rather do it by web browser.
I should be able to connect from my windows 2000 pc through my web browser. I am missing something?
