Uploading folders from a mac quiK!

hey i need to upload a folder with 180 files to my ftp server from a browser... how can i do this... please hurry, i have 20 mins!

nm.... i found an aim friend and sent the folder to him to upload... but on windows aim doesnt have send folder.... lucky for me this is a mac. i dont need any more help. thanks.
