75 dpi??

I just installed KDE 1.91 and was looking at the Control Center when I noticed an entry under X-Server that said 'Resolution 75x75 dpi'. Obviously it's not my screen resolution, but I noticed that the entire interface is really grainy. Can someone shed some light on this or give me pointers on how to sharpen up the picture?

I think it's the font resolution... I might be wrong tho...
