hello! i've NEVER backed up may hard disk before & i've also had a lot of troubles in the past (mostly windows) where i had to 'format & install'...i never did get into that whole backup thing though...
however, maybe having a bit more age on me & possibly being a bit wiser :D i'd like to use some method of backup...just to be on the safe side...
what i'd really like to do is use my CDRW drive to backup...i have a 20gig HD (about 15 for linux, 5 for windows)...would this be efficient?..i'm not worried about backing up my windows partition...just the linux ones(which i have two of- / and /usr)...does anyone use a CDRW to backup their data...if so, what software do you use to do it? cool. thanks.
