the one i saw for sale hss 256RAM , 1,2Ghz 40Gb hd.
and pretty cheap

myself and dkeav had one of the mini-itx systems (self built for us both) and atleast for me, it worked perfectly fine as a linux workstation for around 6 months to a year (don't remember how long it was)
