Azureus (http://azureus.sourceforge.net/) is the best one I have found so far, easily installed, runs well on Linux and Windows.

i use to run azureus

its a bit bloated tho

i find the python cli client good.

Well, I tried azureus, but I dont't think mandrake has the JRE, and its only for stuff like redhat, etc. But i realy hate python, and would ot use it, due to the fact that you cannot compile it as a binary, and run that way.

its a c++ client for linux, although its cli not a gui
