Fedora core 2 enablin pop3?

I guess the subject says it all. Xinetd doesn't do it, what IS this thing called dovecot? How can I enable a pop3 server?

Thanks, I still haven't managed it. It DOES run IMAP, and that confuses me, I don't see how it can enable one and not the other. But, it did.
