Can you elaborate a little bit more? What you're saying is very vague. Please read the proper guidelines for posting.

i was getting stuff like, file needs libsip.so.1 and libslang-vtf8.so.1 and lots more, after i rebooted my system wouldent loadup into kde, so i reinstalled suse and everything is ok, i want be trying to do a kde update again untill i fined out how to do it.

im thinking of installing suse 9.1 pro becouse that has kde 3.2 and kernel 2.6, i can live with that, but i cant fined anywere that will let me download it.

I don't know anything about Suse, but Suse 9.1 pro probably costs $$. Might have to settle for something other than pro.

http://www.linuxgazette.com/node/view/9052 This link tells how to do an ftp install of Suse 9.1 pro. It is the same as the bought verison, exept some none free packages.

Check out the SuSEForums @ SuSELinuxSupport and follow the links to SuSE Linux, then to Tips, Tricks, and Tweaks. There's a thread regarding upgrading KDE (first you use a different window manager, such as Gnome, so that there are no kde processes running). There's also something about hitting the refresh buttion before you begin the d/l.
