vpnclient won't connect

anyone know why this is happening? i put in the correct password otherwise it wouldn't initialize

could the server that is authenticating you require certain perameters that your client doesn't have?

for instance, our VPN server checks to see if the stateful firewall and mcafee antivirus are running before alowing connection.....could your server be doing the same checks?

it could be checking for an antivirus. the school is pretty big on having one. how do i tell it there is one though?
