Viewing window boxes from RH9

Right i have done this before, i am on a home network that has two windows pcs on it as well as my linux box. How do i view the network and go browse through the window pcs files through

a) a gui
b)command line
?

if you want a gui way to browse install linneighborhood. otherwise if you know the machine and share name you can do 'mount //machine/share /mnt/point'

The thing is i done this before using my linux box but i cant remember what i clicked in KDE to get the network file manager up!!

I know its definatly on Red Hat 9, anyone?.
