Doh! Removed my swap partition-problems getting it back.

Ok. So I removed my swap partition by mistake. It was hda4. I used fdisk to put it back on but when I run swapon -a I get an error that /dev/hda4 is an invalid argument.

Wtf? I looked in my fstab to make sure all is good and it is. So what do I need to do to get swapon to work?

if it's in your fstab, then just try rebooting it and it should start up your swap automatically. :)

Do a mkswap /dev/hda4 before the swapon -a

I had tried rebooting after altering fstab... But mkswap was it. Thanks!
