My first one is how do you change the irq's for the devices? For some reason mandrake wants to make all my devices go to IRQ 10. Please help.
Second question How do I write in the windows boot.ini file so I can choose between win2k and Mandrake? Mandrake resides on an ide controller card and I need a floppy to load it.
Third Question Does anyone use verizon as an ISP is so what are the settings you are using?

By the way, the same method they describe at that link works just as well with Windows 98. I've made it work on 3 different computers so far using their technique.

I tried that but everytime I choose the linux boot it starts up and says LI, then locks any ideas?

How is your HD partitioned and what sizes are they?
Older versions of Lilo had the problem of booting past the 1024 cylinder (around 8GB) limit.

My drives are a 13gig and a 40 gig for windows and then another 40gig for Mandrake

I had the same problem. Lilo locked up everytime. I wimped out and got a thrid party loader (boot magic and asp linux loader) worked for me fine. Boot magic comes with Partition Magic and ASP Linux is a distro with a nice loader based on Red hat (7 I believe)
