After looking at them again, I was surprised by two things:
1. No formal degree actually required. A college degree helps/preferred but is not a formal requirement for Microsoft.
2. I really like the dress code.






30,000 people. That's a lot of traffic at 7:30 AM. :) Here in Augusta, we have the Savannah River Plant nearby, it employs about 20,000 people and the traffic can be heavy at 7-7:00 AM. So I can imagine the line of cars on the way to Microsoft.
