OK I have been reading posts here for a while now. Mostly I have been sitting back and just reading (sometimes when RH pisses me off I post something). You guys always say get a good book. So I'm here to ask, What book do YOU consider good? Not just the basic cover all topic books... Like Redhat 6 Unleashed (they need to get a Redhat 7 Unleashed book out), and The Complete Reference: Linux 3rd Edition. But what subject speciffic books do you like? What book for just Apache? What book for just Samba? I depend on you people here. You are my genuises. Please help a defunctional Old windows user. Help him be more productive :-)

O'Reilly...I've got the Linux in a Nutshell, Running Linux, Learning Debian GNU/Linux, Learning Python....all very good. I've heard good things about Using Samba (http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/samba/)...was rated very highly by Linux Magazine.
They also have a book called Apache: The Definitive Guide 2nd Ed. (http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/apache2/)....probably pretty good

Sweet PL...posted at the same time :)
As PLBlaze mentioned...Running Linux does cover Apache and Samba in some depth. Not on par with a book solely dedicated to Apache/Samba...but pretty good coverage for a general purpose book.
Only downside of Running Linux...it's getting a little dated...

Just go to your local barnes&noble, Borders, or whatever. They have entire sections on UNIX/Linux related stuff.
What are you gonna use Linux for? It's kinda pointless for me to tell you that O'Reilly's DNS and BIND book is awesome if you just wanna know how to play xbill. :p

Do a search it was a month or so ago and they had a whole bunch of books that you could download and/or print. I would say that there were 20 or more.
