It won't boot. I where lilo is, is not bootable. How do I tell though.

For those dying to know. When it's booting it gets to LI and then freezes up?

any ideas?

The "LI" thing has been covered here manymanymany times.
Your best bet is to use the Forum Search; select the General Linux Questions forum, and type "LI", "LILO boot problems", etc. as your search criteria.

If you don't find an answer, repost with more information about your system.

It's kinda hard to tell with the little info you supplied.

How are your partitions setup? sizes, os etc. dualboot?

LI means a disk geometry error.
