combine acct folders in thunderbird

Is it possible to use one set of folders for all my email accounts in thunderbird? I have quite a few but they all want to load in their own set of folders

What I did was set up a filter to direct mail addressed to one account into a folder.

Yeah I tried that, but theres is no option to specify which acct it is from. When you setup a filter does it automagically select that account?

When you set the filter for "to a certain address" it will send it to whatever folder you specify. So set the filter for each account to send the mail to one general folder.
