Linux as a Wireless Access Point

I want to use my Linux box (Fedora Core 2) as the Wireless Access Point for my network, the card is installed and working with a DLink access point but I want to use the Linux box as the main access point and the DLink as the repeater for the signal.

Any help please?

You could do ad-hoc for other wifi devices but i'm not sure about it then connection to an access point wirlessly unless you plan on wireing it to the ap.
