is it possible to use proxy or something else to stop window user using yahoo messenger over voice chat. i am using 56km modem. voice chat and video chat take alot of bandwidth??. voice and video stream use UDP, i guess.

if you have idea, let me know or post some good link for squid. thank you

my other computer is window XP connect to a hub. i am using red hat enterprise linux.

You should be able to block access to the specific ports in the firewall.
