setting up squid guard

I am running a Squid server as an experiment and its doing very good.

but i also have to set up a squid guard because i will eventually be using the server at an e-library
.
I have something here on how to set it up but is seems too complicated.

I will therefore be very glad if someone can get me an easy to follow set up guide for squid guard.

I will be using squid guard to block adult sites and restrict access based on time .....

I am running squid on RedHat 8.0 on a P4 DELL machine.
