Anyone have bad luck with rebates?

A lot of computers and parts sold online have rebates. I've even found products that have rebates equal to the cost of the product, which just makes me suspicious. Has anyone had problems getting their money back?

i havent had any problems per-say but some do take a while and i usually forget what its for when it finally arrives in the mail :)

The worst problem I ever had with a rebate was forgetting to send it in. :D
I think those deals where rebate=cost are designed for people like me. They're counting on you to forget about it, but when you do send it in, they usually honor their agreement with you.
